2. User Responsibilities

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CHECK THE “I AGREE” BOX AND DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE WEBSITE. You will have to login in order to play games. In order to login you will have to open a Player Account which will constitute your I.D thereafter for as long as you use the Website.

By opening a Player Account you confirm and agree that:

Any activation of your Player Account while using the correct Password and Username will be considered by us a legal entry made by you. If any unauthorized access to your Player Account will come to your knowledge you shall immediately notify us.

3. Prohibited use of the Website

1. You may only have one Player Account. Any additional accounts that are opened will be closed.

2. You confirm and agree that:
You are not depositing funds originating from criminal and/or un-authorized activities
You are not otherwise conducting criminal activities and/or intending to utilize your Player Account in connection with such activities. You are not using or intending to use or intending to allow any other person to use your Player Account in relation to the Website for any prohibited or unlawful activity, including but not limited to, fraud or money laundering, under the laws of your jurisdiction or any other applicable laws
The credit/debit card details, or those of any other means of payment used to deposit funds in your Player Account, given by you on the Website, are those of the registered Player Account holder and the card/s are not stolen or reported lost
You have not held a Player Account with us that was terminated or suspended and are not considered a compulsive gambler; and You shall not break in, access or attempt to break in to our security measures. In any case of suspected break-in to our Website we shall immediately terminate your Player Account, seize all funds available through that account and notify the relevant authorities

3. If any unlawful activity will be performed through the use of our Website we will be entitled to terminate and/or block your Player Account and seize all funds available through that account. We also reserve the right to disclose any and all details of your Player Account to the relevant authorities.

4. We shall not be responsible under any conditions for any losses or damages sustained through the unlawful or otherwise illegal use of our Website by any person.

4. Payments

1. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that when speaking of currency in this Agreement the meaning is not limited to a particular currency and may refer to any other currency in accord with the Player Account choice of currency.
2. You understand and agree that you must fully pay all payments due to us as a result of your use of our Website. You also agree that you shall not make any charge-backs or reverse or cancel in any other way the payments due to us. In any such event you will be liable to refund us for any unpaid payment and compensate us for any losses and expenses incurred to us as a result of reversing/charge-back on your part.
3. You understand that all financial account transactions will be handled by us, or a third party on our behalf. We reserve the right for running credit checks with third parties using the information submitted to us by you through the opening of the Player Account or by any other means.
4. We reserve the right to refuse accepting and paying through any means of payment, such as certain credit cards, personal checks, electronic wallets and any other type of payment method.
5. You understand that by accepting any bonus offered by us to you, you are bound by our bonus policy at that time.

5. Competition Rules

1. By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. In entering this competition online and accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country and/or state of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. Pippit Gaming will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

2. To enter the competition, you will need to have already registered yourself on our database and purchased credits, either by buying a pre pay entry card at a retailer or by buying online. To register & purchase credits online, you will be required to provide us as instructed with your contact details and credit card details. To enter the competition, please follow the on-screen instructions. An image of a sports event will be displayed on the computer screen from which a missing object, e.g. a ball, has been erased. Use your skill and judgment to correctly identify the grid square within which you consider the judge will decide is the most likely position of the centre of the missing object. Click on the screen to mark this spot - your coordinates will be displayed - and if you are happy with your choice and do not wish to change your entry, confirm your choice before proceeding to the payment section. The computer will register this spot as your entry into the competition and deduct the number of credits required for entry from your pre paid credit account. We will then contact you by email to confirm your entry into the competition and your credit balance.

3. At the close of a competition, the position of the centre of the missing object will be determined by an independent judge, in the presence of an independent witness and a representative from Pippit Gaming. The selection of the judge will be entered in the computer which will calculate which of the competitors are the winner(s) and runners up of the prizes. The first prize(s) will be awarded to the person(s) who correctly identifies, or if no one is correct, who is closest to, the grid square within which the centre of the missing object is judged to be located. Where applicable, subsequent prizes will be awarded to entrants in the order to which their entry was nearest to the grid square chosen by the judge. In the event of a tie for any of the main prizes, the main prize winner(s) will be selected by a subsequent blind draw of the tied entrants. All decisions of the judge will be final and binding on the competitors and no correspondence will be entered into. All competitors are automatically entered into our database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their competition entry, as well as for any future promotions, competitions or deals offered by Pippit Gaming.

4. Unless otherwise advertised, the competitions will close at midnight (GMT +1) on the last day of the advertised closing date.

6. Winners, Prize Fund & Prizes

1. The winner(s) will be notified at the email address or telephone number given in the contact details within 10 days of the closing date of the relevant competition. You can view on the website, the results of all competitions within the last 12 months.

2. The winner may be required to demonstrate further proof of identity to confirm their identity, age and also to prove that if the purchase was made by credit card that the card was legally theirs or they had authorisation to use it, before any prize will be paid.

3. Any credits purchased and awarded as prizes are not refundable, however may be used to enter any of the other competitions, either at that time or at any time in the future.

4. Any advertised prizes are offered subject to the understanding and agreement of the Entrant that any prizes illustrated, either terrestrially or on the website are examples only of the prizes that our providers can offer. They are offered subject to the understanding and agreement of the Entrant that the availabilty of a stated prize by the provider, may no longer be available at the time of a particular game closing, or on the dates preferred by a winner(s). In any event, all prizes are offered subject to the understanding and agreement of the Entrant that the availability of prizes can only be confirmed at the time at which the winner's prize fund is paid to the prize provider and that winner(s) may need to negociate and choose alternative packages of a similar quality of the same prize value with the prize providers. In the event that there is a cash difference between the value of a chosen prize and the prize fund, Pippit Gaming will refund any credit balance to the winner.

6. If a main prize winner wishes to spend additional money towards a larger purchase from a prize provider, payment of the prize fund will be retained until a) the winner has confirmed in writing to Pippit Gaming the provider from whom they are making their purchase and b) the prize provider has confirmed that they have received the winner's own part payment towards their prize.

7. Cash alternative. In a competition where a cash alternative to a main prize is offered, the value paid is 85% of the prize value.

8. The advertised prizes are offered subject to the understanding and agreement of the Entrant that the stated minimum number of entries to that competition will need to be made in order for the maximum value of the stated prize(s) to be awarded. In the event that insufficient tickets are sold to award the maximum value of the main prize in a game, the Entrant agrees that the game will be judged in the normal way and the full value of the prize fund from that game will be awarded to the winner(s).

9. When a game advertises more than one main prize or when applicable, the number of entrants has led to the level of prize fund being sufficient to award more than 1 main prize, starting with the 1st prize, the full value of each prize will be paid in descending order of place, until the Prize Fund is used up. The names of all main prize winners will be published on the Previous Winners information area of the website.

10. The competition results and application of the prize fund are subject to verification by independent auditors.

11. Where a competition offers a Superdraw event to the winner, the Superdraw fund is provided by the purchase of prize indemnity insurance. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the entrant is deemed to have confirmed their acceptance, that if a Superdraw event is being offered as part of the prize stucture for the competition that they are entering, that they agree to the purchase of approriate prize indemnity insurance using funds from that competition's Prize Fund.

12. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives Pippit Gaming the right to use the prize-winner’s name, personal photograph and home town/city, state/county & country for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.

7. Gift credits

1. To purchase gift credits, follow the on screen instructions for entering the number of credit vouchers required, the name & address details of the recipient(s) and any message. You will be required to provide us as instructed with your contact details and credit card details. Once your payment is confirmed, we will allocate them to the account(s) of the designated recipient(s).

2. We will then contact you by email to confirm your purchase and the details of the purchase. A notification of the gift credits will be sent by email to the recipient(s) together with your message and their login password. Please note that the Pippit Gaming will not be held liable for any non delivery by third parties of these items. In purchasing the gift credits online and accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence or the country of residence of the recipient regarding the legality of purchasing and online transfer of gift credits for our competitions. Pippit Gaming will not be held responsible for any unlawful actions of the purchaser in making these transactions.

3. To enter a competition using gift credits, please log in using the email address and the password supplied with your gift email notification. The system will then confirm your credit balance. Follow the respective playing instructions outlined in (3). Gift credits are non refundable. If you wish to enter a competition that requires more credits, you can purchase more credits using your credit or debit card.

8. Warranty

3. Any use of your Player Account will be considered an indication of your awareness and acceptance of such changes made by us.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. Your decision to use the Website is made at your own discretion and risk.

2. 11. Indemnity

12. General

1. In any case of dispute over the result of a Game played on our Website and the winnings of such game our decision will be final and binding.

2. We may, at our discretion, refuse to register and provide a Player Account to anyone.

3. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any Game or Games on our Website.

4. We reserve the right to offer, from time to time, bonuses and/or promotions and special offers and that any such offer will be subject to its own rules and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any of these special offers and bonuses at any time.

5. We reserve the right to withhold any cash out or winning amount until the identity of the Player Account user is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made by us will be rewarded to the right person. You agree to provide, in case we demand, a notarized identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable law of your jurisdiction.

7. You understand you will receive electronic communications from us, posted on the Website or sent to you via e-mail. All such communications will be considered "in writing" and would be considered received by you after 4 business days, whether you have actually received them or not.

8. The enforceability or validity of any part of this Agreement shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder.
