Our system will automatically send you emails confirming your purchases, competition entries and after the competition closes, the results if you are a winner.

If you want to update your email address, click on "My Account" and then "Update Personal Info". You must click on submit to save any changes you have made.

Then, it is possible that our emails may be filtered by your email provider as an attempt to block SPAM from your account. In most email clients, you have preferred and junk email address lists available to you to customize and maintain. You'll want to first make sure that Pippit Gaming is not currently blocked from your email. Next, add Pippit Gaming to your preferred email address list. For step-by-step instructions, please select your email provider:


AOL Web Mail

To add Pippit Gaming to your preferred list:

  • Select Settings
  • Then Spam Controls
  • Under Additional Spam Filters select 'Control Who I Get Mail From'
  • Then select the radio button for 'Allow Mail only from Sender on my Custom Sender List'
  • Click on the link 'Custom Sender List'
  • Enter 'info@pippitgaming.com' in the field, select add and select save
  • Then select save on the next two screens
  • The alert box 'Your changes have been made' will appear
  • Click OK
  • Repeat the process for 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com'


AOL Software

To add Pippit Gaming to your preferred list:

  • In Mail Options select 'Address Book' and 'Add Contact'
  • Enter 'Pippit Gaming' in the field for 'First Name'
  • Leave the 'Last Name' field blank
  • Enter 'info@pippitgaming.com' in the 'Other E-mail' field
  • Repeat the process for 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com'

Yahoo! Mail

To remove Pippit Gaming from your blocked list:

  • Select 'Mail Option'
  • Then 'Block Addresses'
  • If 'info@pippitgaming.com', or 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com' are located in the 'Remove Block' list on the right, highlight the email addresses and click 'Remove Block'

To add Pippit Gaming to your preferred list:

  • Click 'Mail Options,' then 'Filter,' then 'Add'
  • In the 'Filter Name' field enter any name you would like for the new filter ('Pippit Gaming', for example)
  • In the 'From Header' field select 'contains' from the drop-down list, then enter 'info@pippitgaming.com' in the field to the right
  • In the 'Move the message to:' drop-down menu select 'Inbox' (or another folder you prefer)
  • Click 'Add Filter'
  • Repeat the process for 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com'

 Hotmail/MSN

To remove Pippit Gaming from your Block Sender List:

  • Select 'Options'
  • Then 'Mail' from the left navigation menu
  • Choose 'Junk E-Mail Protection'
  • Then 'Block Senders'
  • If 'info@pippitgaming.com', or 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com' appear in the 'Block Sender List' to the right, highlight the addresses and click 'Remove,' then 'OK'

To add Pippit Gaming to your Safe List:

  • Select 'Options'
  • Then 'Mail' from the left navigation menu
  • Choose 'Junk E-Mail Protection'
  • Then 'Safe List'
  • Type ''info@pippitgaming.com' and click 'Add'
  • Repeat the process for 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com'

Please consult your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for additional assistance to remove Pippit Gaming from your block list and add Pippit Gaming to your safe list

To add Pippit Gaming to your Safe Sender List:

  • From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Options'
  • Then 'Preferences,' 'Junk E-mail' and 'Safe Sender'
  • Click 'Add' and enter 'info@pippitgaming.com'
  • Repeat the process for 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com'

To remove Pippit Gaming from your Junk Senders List:

  • From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Organize,' then 'Junk Email'
  • From the last line in the 'Ways to Organize Inbox' area, click on 'For more options click here'
  • Click 'Edit Junk Senders'
  • If 'info@pippitgaming.com' or 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com' appear in the list, highlight the email addresses and click 'Delete,' then 'OK'

  • Select 'Tools/Message Rules/Blocked Senders List'
  • If 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com' or 'newsletter@pippitgaming.com' are in the 'Blocked Senders List' highlight the email addresses and click 'Remove'
